Step By Step Instructions
1. Fill out the Fundraising Application
2. Call or Email with any questions
3. Email, Phonee or Fax your Application to Southern Naturals, contact info is on the Application.
4. I will priority ship the amount of Order Forms and Scent Lists for the number of participants you have listed on the Applications along with an Order Total Form to be filled out and and sent in with the money for the candles and shipping minus your profits collected from the event.
5. After the fundraiser you will mail the Order Total Form and the dollar amount for the candles plus shopping. Mailing info can be found on the Order Total Form. If you want to speed things along you can fax me the Order Totalsheet and a copy of the check you are going to mail me and I will get everything started. No Orders will be shipped until full payment is made.
6. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks depending on the size of the order for your candles to arrive.

Fundraiser Program. According to the National Candle Association, 7 out of 10 homes in the United States burn candles; this makes candles a great item for your fundraiser. We use only the finest ingredients in our products,
100% Soy Wax and all cotton wicks- no lead. All of our candles burn evenly, and for a long period of time, with each ounce burning an average of 7-10 hours.
You can make the same profit selling just 1- 16 oz Keepsake Jar Candles as you would selling about a dozen candy bars. Your business or organization can earn up to *50% from every candle sold.
Southern Naturals Fundraiser candles are available to you in all of our "Top 10 Best Seller" scents for Spring/Summer, or Fall/Winter. It is wonderful to offer such a variety to all of your participants, and your buyers. This insures they do not have to purchase scents that are unknown and possibly not liked.
The benefits to using Southern Naturals for your fundraiser are that no money is needed in advance, and your participants won’t have to carry around candles to sell - just an order form. 1. Your participants collect all monies at the time the orders are taken.
2. The **Group Leader totals the amount of candles needed and calls or faxes Southern Naturals with the order information.
3. We then give the Group Leader the shipping charges for the order. We pay 1/2 of the shipping total on orders over $500.00 and all shipping costs on orders over $1000.00
4. Send your order along with payment to Southern Naturals.
5. Once the order and payment have been received, we fill the order and ship it to you, as quickly as possible.
